Sex and the Startup !

STATUTORY WARNING : SEX AND STARTUPS ARE VERY ADDICTIVE. THEY ARE LIKE TWIN BROTHERS AND HAVE MUCH IN COMMON..

HERE IS WHY ...

1.       They both get easier with practice.
Think about the first time you did it. The girls say it hurts, but what boys, girls, and entrepreneurs can all agree on is that they probably thought it was… weird, awkward, or strange in some sense. That’s at least for the lucky ones. Some of us who are prone to failure, we probably thought we failed, epically. Whether it’s the first encounter lights off, or the first business, I’m sure it was better the second time around.
2.      It makes you hella stay up for long hours.
Homework and exams have nothing on sex and entrepreneurship. Studying is painful and torturous. If there was a contraceptive for studying, I would wear it. Staying up is often the norm, often done spontaneously. I’m not saying you shouldn’t plan things — unless you want to end up wasting your bootstrapped capital (whether to buy condoms or food), and end up getting something unplanned along the way. Sometimes the urge just emerges, and with the right long-term plans, it can be extremely fun and equally exhilarating. And then the next time you check the clock and realize that it’s 3am, and that you’re gonna feel like shit the next day. But it was worth it.

3.      Passion is good.
Both of these things suck when people are “not in the mood.” Passion is something you don’t build over night. Yeah you may be stoked on one idea, but if you only work on it for a day, it’ll end up being a one night stand, and either will be 1) a failure or 2) regret it.

4.      A little creativity and imagination goes a long way.
I cannot stress thing thing enough. There’s boring sex. And then there’s fun sex. What kind would you choose? Entrepreneurship is the same way – when you are creative, the world is one of opportunities — one of no limits. It makes you feel alive and stoked every time you think about it, because you are always thinking about the next time you can execute that awesome idea. It makes life fun.

5.      You can do it anywhere.
I do entrepreneurship all day, everyday.

6.      It’s nice to have a partner(s).
This one is really open for interpretation.
